At Vocom, our aim is to make purchasing retail Internet products an enjoyable experience again. We’re an ISP built by engineers for technically proficient customers.

We only sell Internet that “just works”.

You won’t sit on hold for an hour waiting to speak to an agent who doesn’t understand English, or what an IP address is. We don’t offer phone support for non-business customers. However, we do offer fantastic email based support (and we’ll call you back if necessary).

If you’re the kind of customer who reboots their modem, or Googles their problem before asking for tech support, you’re welcome to join us.

Want IPv6? No problem, we have a beta IPv6 program. Need an xDSL service and modem capable of running in PPPoE bridge mode? Easy. We fully support the EUBA and VWS spec, and have a range of modems and configurations available.
